Prepare the Lobster
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the whole lobster and cook for about 8-10 minutes, until the shell turns bright red. Remove the lobster and let it cool. Once cooled, remove the meat from the lobster and chop it into bite-sized pieces.

Cook the Macaroni
In the same pot, boil water and cook the elbow macaroni according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

Make the Cheese Sauce
In a large saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Stir in the flour and cook for about 2 minutes until golden. Gradually whisk in the milk, stirring continuously until the mixture thickens. Add the garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Remove from heat and stir in the Tillamook cheddar cheese until melted and smooth.

Combine Ingredients
In a large bowl, combine the cooked macaroni, lobster meat, and cheese sauce. Mix well to ensure everything is evenly coated.
