Tartare Preparation

1. Prepare the Ahi Tuna

Dice the ahi tuna into small cubes and place them in a mixing bowl.

2. Add Flavors

Add the citrus ponzu, sesame oil, pickled ginger, and chopped green onion to the diced tuna. Mix gently.

3. Season

Season the mixture with salt and mix again. Adjust seasoning as needed.

4. Prepare Avocado
