Tiramisu Cheesecake Shooter Ingredients
Method
Tiramisu Cheesecake Shooter Directions
- 1
Prepare the Cream Mixture
In a large mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, mascarpone cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract. Using a hand mixer, beat the ingredients together until smooth and creamy.
- 2
Whip the Heavy Cream
In another bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Be careful not to over-whip, as it can become grainy.
- 3
Fold Ingredients Together
Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until fully combined, being careful not to deflate the whipped cream.
- 4
Prepare the Ladyfingers
In a shallow dish, combine the cooled espresso and coffee liqueur. Dip each ladyfinger into the espresso mixture quickly, ensuring they are soaked but not soggy.
- 5
Assemble the Shooters
In a small glass or shooter cup, layer the soaked ladyfingers at the bottom, followed by a layer of the cheesecake mixture. Repeat the layers until the glasses are filled, finishing with the cheesecake mixture on top.
- 6
Chill and Garnish
Sprinkle cocoa powder on top of the cheesecake layer and garnish with chocolate shavings. Refrigerate the shooters for at least 2 hours before serving to allow the flavors to meld.
- 7
Serve
Serve chilled. Enjoy your delicious tiramisu cheesecake shooters!
