    Prepare the Salmon

    Finely dice the fresh salmon fillet into small cubes using a sharp knife.

    Chop the Vegetables

    Finely chop the red onion and fresh dill. Add them to the diced salmon.

    Mix Ingredients

    Add capers, lemon juice, olive oil, salt, and black pepper to the salmon mixture. Gently fold to combine.

    Chill

    Cover the salmon tartar with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 15-20 minutes to allow flavors to meld.

Avocado Mousse

    Prepare the Avocados

    Halve the ripe avocados, remove the pits, and scoop the flesh into a blender or food processor.

    Add Flavorings

    Add lime juice, minced garlic, salt, black pepper, and chili flakes to the avocado in the blender.

    Blend until smooth and creamy. Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary.
