Prepare the Cucumber
Wash the cucumber thoroughly. Cut off both ends and slice the cucumber into thin rounds. Reserve a few slices for garnish if desired.

Mix the Base
In a mixing glass or shaker, combine the elderflower cordial, lemon juice, and lime juice. Stir gently to blend the flavors.

Combine Ingredients
Add the cucumber slices to the mixing glass with the elderflower mixture. Muddle gently to release some of the cucumber's flavor.

Add Sparkling Water
Pour in the sparkling water and stir gently to combine all the ingredients without losing the carbonation.

Serve
Fill a glass with ice and pour the mixture over the ice, straining out the cucumber slices if desired. Garnish with fresh mint leaves and additional cucumber slices.
