Method
Juice Preparation
- 1
Extract Pomegranate Juice
Cut the pomegranates in half and use a juicer or a manual method to extract the juice from the seeds. Strain the juice to remove any pulp and seeds, collecting approximately 1 cup of pure pomegranate juice.
- 2
Prepare Ginger Juice
Peel the fresh ginger root and finely grate it. In a small bowl, combine the grated ginger with 1 cup of water and let it steep for about 10 minutes. Strain the mixture to separate the ginger juice from the solids.
- 3
Mix Lime Juice
In a mixing bowl, combine the extracted pomegranate juice, ginger juice, and fresh lime juice (3 tablespoons). Stir well to integrate all the flavors.
Final Drink Assembly
- 4
Combine Ingredients
In a large pitcher, pour the mixed juice from the previous step. Add the sparkling water gently, stirring to combine without losing the carbonation.
- 5
Serve Chilled
Fill glasses with ice cubes to your liking. Pour the pomegranate-ginger mixture over the ice. Garnish with pomegranate seeds and lime wedges as desired.
- 6
Enjoy
Serve immediately and enjoy the refreshing Pomegranate Gingerade!
