Preparation

    Prepare the Vegetables

    Wash and dry the romaine lettuce. Chop it into bite-sized pieces and set aside.

    Slice the Tomato and Onion

    Slice the tomato into thin rounds and the onion into thin rings. Set aside.

Assembling the Sandwich

    Spread the Lemon Mayo

    Take one slice of ciabatta bread and spread lemon mayo evenly on one side.

    Layer the Meats

    Begin layering the prosciutto, mortadella, and salami on top of the mayo-covered ciabatta.

    Add Cheese

    Place the provolone cheese on top of the layered meats.

    Add Vegetables

    Layer the chopped romaine lettuce, followed by tomato slices, onion rings, pepperoncini, and giardiniera on top of the cheese.

    Drizzle with Red Wine Vinaigrette

    Drizzle red wine vinaigrette over the layered vegetables.

    Top with the Second Slice

    Spread lemon mayo on the second slice of ciabatta, then place it mayo-side down on top of the sandwich.

    Slice and Serve

    Using a sharp knife, slice the sandwich in half diagonally and serve immediately.
