Prepare the Salad

Chop the Greens
Rinse and chop the romaine, arugula, and radicchio into bite-sized pieces. Place them in a large salad bowl.

Prepare the Proteins
Shred or chop the cooked chicken breast into small pieces. Slice the salami into thin strips and add them to the bowl with the greens.

Add Vegetables and Toppings
Drain and chop the piquillo peppers and pepperoncini. Finely slice the red onion. Add all these ingredients along with the fresh basil and ciabatta croutons to the salad bowl.

Add Cheeses
Cube the mozzarella and fontina cheeses, and grate the parmesan cheese. Add all the cheeses to the salad bowl.
Dress the Salad

Add Dressing
Pour the red wine vinaigrette over the salad. Toss gently to combine all ingredients evenly.

Serve
Taste the salad and adjust seasoning if necessary. Serve immediately as a fresh meal or side dish.
