Squeeze the juice from a fresh blood orange until you have 1 oz of juice. Strain it if necessary to remove any seeds or pulp.

In a wine glass or a large glass, pour 2 oz of Aperol followed by 1 oz of freshly squeezed blood orange juice.

Slowly add 3 oz of prosecco to the mixture, allowing it to gently combine without losing too much carbonation.
