Cocktail Preparation

   Prepare the Glass

   Chill an old fashioned glass by filling it with ice water and set it aside.

   Mix the Ingredients

   In a mixing glass, add the demerara sugar and a splash of water. Stir to dissolve the sugar.

   Add the Bourbon and Bitters

   Add the OBC Butter Pecan Bourbon, Abbott's bitters, and house-made citrus bitters to the mixing glass. Fill the mixing glass with ice and stir until well chilled.

   Serve the Cocktail

   Dump the ice water from the old fashioned glass and strain the mixture into the glass over a large ice cube.

   Garnish

   Garnish with candied pecans placed on top or on the rim of the glass.
