Candy the Pecans
In a small saucepan over medium heat, combine the granulated sugar and water. Stir until the sugar is dissolved. Add the pecans and stir to coat. Cook for about 5-7 minutes, stirring frequently, until the pecans are golden and caramelized. Remove from heat and spread onto parchment paper to cool.
