Prepare the Biscuits
In a large bowl, combine flour, baking powder, and salt. Cut in the butter until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Stir in milk until just combined. Turn the dough onto a floured surface, knead gently, and roll out to 1-inch thickness. Cut into rounds and bake at 425°F (220°C) for 15-20 minutes until golden.

Cook the Bacon
In a skillet over medium heat, cook the applewood smoked bacon until crispy. Remove and let drain on paper towels.

Cook the Eggs
In a separate non-stick skillet, fry the eggs over easy to your liking.

Serve
On a plate, serve the eggs over easy, slices of crispy bacon, warm biscuits with sausage gravy on top, and assorted jams on the side.
