2. Sauté the Vegetables
In a large skillet, heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and green pepper and sauté for about 5 minutes until they are soft and translucent.

5. Finish with Lemon Juice
Remove the skillet from heat and drizzle the lemon juice over the shrimp mixture. Stir well to combine.
