1. Prepare the Ingredients

Start by peeling and deveining the shrimp if not already done. Dice the tomatoes, chop the onion, and chop the green pepper. Mince the garlic.

2. Sauté the Vegetables

In a large skillet, heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and green pepper and sauté for about 5 minutes until they are soft and translucent.

3. Add Garlic and Tomatoes

Add the minced garlic and diced tomatoes to the skillet and continue to cook for another 3-4 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the tomatoes start to soften.

4. Cook the Shrimp

Add the shrimp to the skillet. Season with salt, black pepper, and paprika. Cook for about 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the shrimp are pink and opaque.

5. Finish with Lemon Juice

Remove the skillet from heat and drizzle the lemon juice over the shrimp mixture. Stir well to combine.
