Prepare the Pork
Rub the pork butt with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, and cayenne pepper evenly on all sides.

Marinate
Let the seasoned pork butt marinate for at least 1 hour, or overnight in the refrigerator for best flavor.

Preheat Oven
Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C).

Prepare the Roasting Pan
In a roasting pan, combine apple cider vinegar and water.

Roast the Pork
Place the marinated pork butt in the roasting pan, skin side up. Cover the pan with aluminum foil and roast in the preheated oven for approximately 4-5 hours, or until the internal temperature reaches 195°F (90°C).

Rest and Serve
Once done, remove from the oven and let it rest for at least 20 minutes before slicing or shredding. Serve with your choice of sides.
