Prepare the Falafel Mixture
Drain and rinse the chickpeas. In a food processor, combine chickpeas, chopped onion, minced garlic, parsley, cumin, coriander, baking powder, salt, and pepper. Pulse until the mixture is coarse but combined.

Form the Falafel Balls
Transfer the mixture to a bowl. Add flour and mix until well incorporated. Shape the mixture into small balls or patties, about 1-2 inches in diameter.

Fry the Falafel
Heat vegetable oil in a deep frying pan over medium-high heat. Fry the falafel balls in batches until golden brown and crispy, about 4-5 minutes per side. Drain on paper towels.

Prepare the Plate
Warm the pita bread in the oven or on a skillet. Serve the fried falafel with pita, tzatziki, tahini sauce, and your choice of two sides.
