Prepare the Ingredients
Gather all the ingredients and prepare them for cooking. Cut the pancetta into small cubes, grate the Parmesan cheese, and beat the eggs in a bowl.
- 2
Cook the Spaghetti
In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil. Add the spaghetti and cook according to package instructions until al dente, usually about 8-10 minutes.
- 3
Cook the Pancetta
While the spaghetti is cooking, heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the cubed pancetta and cook until crispy, about 4-5 minutes. Remove from heat and set aside.

Combine Eggs and Cheese
In the bowl with the beaten eggs, add the grated Parmesan cheese and black pepper. Mix well to create a creamy mixture.
