Preparing the Croutons

Make the Croutons
1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

1. In a medium bowl, combine mayonnaise, grated Parmesan cheese, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, and minced garlic.

Assemble the Caesar Salad
1. Rinse the romaine lettuce under cold water and dry thoroughly using a salad spinner or paper towels.
