Prepare the Spinach
In a large pot, bring about an inch of water to a simmer. Add the fresh spinach and cook for about 2-3 minutes until wilted. Drain and let cool, then chop finely.

Prepare the Artichokes
If using canned artichokes, drain and rinse them under cold water. Chop the artichoke hearts into smaller pieces.

Combine Base Ingredients
In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise. Use a hand mixer or spoon to blend until smooth.

Add Cheese and Seasonings
To the base mixture, add the chopped spinach, artichokes, shredded mozzarella, grated parmesan, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes. Mix well until all ingredients are thoroughly combined.
Baking

Preheat the Oven
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

Transfer to Baking Dish
Spoon the dip mixture into a greased baking dish, spreading it evenly.

Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the dip is bubbly and golden on top.

Remove the dip from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes. Serve warm with tortilla chips for dipping.
