Make the Sauce
In a small saucepan over medium heat, melt the unsalted butter. Once melted, add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.

Finish the Sauce
Stir in the fresh lemon juice and chopped dill. Cook for an additional 2 minutes, then remove from heat and set aside.
Vegetables Preparation

Prepare the Vegetables
In a grill basket or on a sheet of aluminum foil, toss the zucchini, bell peppers, and asparagus with a little olive oil, salt, and pepper.

Grill the Vegetables
Place the vegetables on the grill and cook for about 5-7 minutes, turning occasionally, until they are tender and slightly charred.

Cook the Rice
In a medium saucepan, combine the white rice and water. Bring to a boil over high heat, then reduce the heat to low, cover, and simmer for about 18-20 minutes or until the rice is tender and the water is absorbed.
Serving

On a plate, place a serving of rice, top it with a grilled salmon fillet, and drizzle the lemon-dill butter sauce over the fish. Serve the grilled seasonal vegetables on the side.
