Method

Preparation Steps

  1. 1

    Prepare the Walnuts

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Spread the walnuts on a baking sheet and toast in the oven for about 8-10 minutes, or until golden and fragrant. Remove from oven and let cool before chopping finely.

  2. 2

    Prepare the Radishes

Wash the radishes thoroughly and slice them thinly. Set aside.

  3. 3

    Blanch the Snap Peas

Bring a small pot of water to a boil. Add the snap peas and cook for 1-2 minutes until bright green and tender-crisp. Drain and immediately transfer to ice water to stop cooking. Once cooled, drain again and set aside.

  4. 4

    Assemble the Salad

In a large bowl, combine the mixed salad greens, snap peas, sliced radishes, and chopped fresh dill. Gently toss to combine.

  5. 5

    Add Cheese and Walnuts

Sprinkle the aged Gouda cheese and the toasted walnut crumb over the salad.

  6. 6

    Dress the Salad

Drizzle your favorite Green Goddess dressing over the salad. Toss gently to coat all ingredients evenly.

  7. 7

    Serve

Serve immediately as a refreshing side or light main dish.
