Pork and Wrapping Ingredients

Method

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Candied Peanuts

In a saucepan, combine sugar and water. Bring to a boil, stirring until sugar dissolves. Add peanuts and cook over medium heat until syrup thickens and peanuts are coated, about 10 minutes. Spread on parchment paper to cool.

  2. 2

    Cook the Pork

In a skillet, heat sesame oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute. Add ground pork and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes. Stir in gochujang and soy sauce, cooking for another 2-3 minutes until well combined.

  3. 3

    Make the Chile Crisp Aioli

In a bowl, mix mayonnaise, chile crisp, and lime juice until smooth. Adjust seasoning as desired.

  4. 4

    Prepare the Salad

In a large bowl, combine cucumber, carrot, red bell pepper, cilantro, and mint. Toss lightly to combine.

  5. 5

    Assemble the Wraps

On each lettuce leaf, place a spoonful of cooked pork, a portion of vegetable salad, a drizzle of aioli, and a sprinkle of candied peanuts. Wrap and enjoy!
