Prepare the Baguette
Slice the fresh baguette into 1-inch thick pieces.

Toast the Baguette
Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F). Arrange the baguette slices on a baking sheet, drizzle with olive oil, and sprinkle with sea salt. Toast in the oven for about 10-12 minutes or until golden brown.

Slice the Cheese
While the baguette is toasting, cut the 18 Month Gruyere cheese into thin slices or small cubes.

Serve with Scotch
Once the baguette is toasted, arrange the cheese on a serving platter alongside the toasted baguette. Pour a measure of Clynelish 14 Year Scotch Whisky into a glass. Optionally, garnish with fresh rosemary for aroma.
