Taco

    Prepare the filling

    In a skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat. Drain excess fat and add taco seasoning. Stir and cook according to package instructions.

    Assemble tacos

    Fill taco shells with the beef mixture, shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, shredded cheese, and sour cream.

    Prepare the filling

    In a bowl, mix shredded chicken with seasoning of your choice.

    Roll and fry

    Place a spoonful of chicken on a corn tortilla, roll tightly, and secure with a toothpick. Heat oil in a pan and fry until golden brown.

Rolled Enchilada

    Fill tortillas

    Soften tortillas in red enchilada sauce, fill with shredded beef, roll, and place seam side down in a baking dish.

    Top and bake

    Pour remaining enchilada sauce over the rolled tortillas and sprinkle with shredded cheese. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 20 minutes.
