Brown the Beef
Add ground beef to the pot. Cook until browned, breaking it apart with a spoon as it cooks.

Add the Base Ingredients
Stir in diced tomatoes, tomato paste, and beef broth. Mix well.

Season the Chile
Add chili powder, cumin, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Stir to combine.

Simmer
Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce heat and let it simmer for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.

In the last 10 minutes of cooking, add kidney beans and corn. Stir and allow to heat through.
