Prep Work

1

Prepare the Ingredients

Thinly slice the beef tenderloin tips into bite-sized pieces. Slice the bell peppers, red onion, and zucchini. Mince the garlic cloves. Set aside all the prepared vegetables.

Cooking the Meat

2

Cook the Beef Tenderloin Tips

In a large skillet, heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the sliced beef tenderloin tips and season with black pepper. Cook for 3-4 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the beef is browned and cooked to your desired level of doneness. Remove the beef from the skillet and set aside.

Cooking the Vegetables

3

Sauté the Vegetables

In the same skillet, add the remaining tablespoon of olive oil. Add the sliced bell peppers, red onion, zucchini, and minced garlic. Sauté for about 5-7 minutes until the vegetables are tender-crisp.

Combining Ingredients

4

Mix Everything Together

Return the cooked tenderloin tips to the skillet with the sautéed vegetables. Add soy sauce, honey, and sesame oil. Stir everything together and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until heated through.

Serving

5

Assemble the Bowl

In serving bowls, place a generous scoop of cooked quinoa at the bottom. Top with the beef and vegetable mixture. Garnish with chopped green onions and sesame seeds.
