Method
Prepare Jasmine Tea
- 1
Brew strong tea
Boil water and steep 1 jasmine green tea bag (or 1 tablespoon loose jasmine tea) in 1/2 cup of water for 4 minutes to make a double-strength infusion. Remove tea bag or strain leaves and let the tea cool to room temperature (about 10–15 minutes).
- 2
If you want a more pronounced floral aroma, add 1/4 tsp jasmine extract or 1/4 tsp jasmine floral water to the cooled tea and stir to combine. Chill briefly if desired.

Add jasmine and texture ingredients
Pour the cooled jasmine tea into the blender with the fruit mixture. Add ice cubes and chia seeds (if using).
- 5
Blend
Secure the lid and blend on high for 45–60 seconds, or until the mixture is completely smooth and slightly frothy. Stop once to scrape down the sides if needed and blend again.
- 6
Adjust consistency and sweetness
If the smoothie is too thick, add 1–2 tablespoons more almond milk and blend briefly. If it's not sweet enough, add another 1/2 tablespoon honey or agave and pulse to combine.

Serve
Pour the smoothie into two tall glasses (or one large). Garnish each with fresh mint leaves. Optionally sprinkle a pinch of chia seeds on top.
