Remove from heat and let it sit covered for 5 minutes before fluffing with a fork.

In a large mixing bowl, combine 1 pound of ground beef with 1 tsp onion powder, 1 tsp garlic powder, 1 tsp salt, and 1 tsp black pepper. Mix well until the ingredients are evenly incorporated.

Make the Gravy
Following the package instructions, prepare the brown gravy mix in the skillet. Usually, this involves adding water to the mixture and heating it until it thickens, stirring occasionally.
Assemble the Dish

On each plate, place a scoop of cooked rice, followed by a hamburger patty. Top the patty with a fried egg. Finally, pour the prepared brown gravy over the entire dish.
