Cut the Tuna
Using a sharp knife, cut the fresh Ahi tuna into ½ inch cubes. Ensure the knife is clean to maintain the freshness of the fish.

In a medium bowl, combine the soy sauce and sesame oil. Whisk together until well blended.

Prepare the Avocado
Carefully slice the avocado in half, remove the pit, and scoop the flesh out with a spoon. Cut the flesh into cubes.

Slice the Cucumber
Wash the cucumber thoroughly and slice it into thin rounds. Set aside.

Chop the Green Onions
Chop the green onions into small pieces, both the white and green parts, and set aside.

Combine Ingredients
In a large serving bowl, combine the marinated tuna, avocado, cucumber, and seaweed salad. Gently toss to mix all the ingredients together.

Sprinkle sesame seeds, red pepper flakes, and salt over the poke mixture. Toss gently to combine evenly.
