Method

Preparation of Garlic Mixture

  1. 1

    Mince Garlic

Peel the garlic cloves and finely mince them using a knife or a garlic press.

  2. 2

    Mix Ingredients

In a small bowl, combine the minced garlic, softened butter, chopped parsley, salt, and freshly ground black pepper. Mix well until combined.

Preparing the Bread

  1. 3

    Preheat Oven

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

  2. 4

    Slice Baguette

Take the French baguette and slice it in half lengthwise.

  3. 5

    Spread Garlic Mixture

Using a butter knife, spread the garlic mixture evenly over the cut sides of the baguette.

Baking

  1. 6

    Add Topping

Sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese generously over the garlic mixture on both halves of the bread.

  2. 7

    Bake the Bread

Place the prepared baguette on a baking sheet and bake in the preheated oven for about 10-12 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the edges of the bread are golden brown.

Serving

  1. 8

    Slice and Serve

Once baked, remove the garlic bread from the oven. Allow it to cool for a minute, then slice into pieces and serve warm.
