Melt Chocolate and Butter
In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the chopped semisweet chocolate and unsalted butter. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until melted and smooth.

Combine Dry Ingredients
In a separate bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, granulated sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt until well combined.

Once the chocolate and butter mixture has cooled slightly, add the large eggs, egg yolks, and vanilla extract. Whisk until smooth.

Combine Mixtures
Gradually fold the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients until just combined. Be careful not to overmix.
Baking

Fill Ramekins
Pour the batter evenly into the prepared ramekins, filling them about 2/3 full.

Bake in the preheated oven for 12-14 minutes, until the edges are firm but the center is soft.

Remove from the oven and let them cool for 1 minute before inverting onto plates.
