Prepare the Tuna
Cut the fresh Ahi tuna into small 1/2 inch cubes and place them in a mixing bowl.

Make the Marinade
In a separate bowl, combine the soy sauce, sesame oil, and a pinch of sea salt. Whisk together until well blended.

Add Marinade to Tuna
Pour the marinade over the cubed tuna in the mixing bowl. Gently toss to coat the tuna evenly.

Prepare Green Onions
Chop the green onions into small pieces, both the white and green parts.

Combine Ingredients
Add the chopped green onions and sesame seeds to the marinated tuna. Toss gently to combine.

Season
Add sea salt and red pepper flakes to taste, adjusting according to your preference.

Chill
Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.

Serve the Ahi poke chilled, garnished with additional sesame seeds and sliced green onions if desired.
