Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Salmon

Season the salmon fillets with salt and black pepper on both sides.

  2. 2

    Sear the Salmon

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Place the salmon fillets skin-side down in the skillet and cook for about 4-5 minutes until the skin is crispy. Flip the fillets and cook for an additional 3-4 minutes until cooked through. Remove the salmon from the skillet and set aside.

  3. 3

    Make the Lemon-Caper Sauce

In the same skillet, reduce heat to medium and add butter. Once melted, add minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds. Stir in lemon juice, capers, and chopped parsley. Cook for another minute until heated through.

  4. 4

    Serve

Plate the salmon fillets and drizzle the lemon-caper sauce over the top. Serve immediately.
