Prepare Brussels Sprouts
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Rinse the Brussels sprouts under cold water, trim the ends, and remove any yellow or damaged leaves.

Cut the Brussels sprouts in half and place them in a large bowl. Drizzle with olive oil, sprinkle with salt and black pepper, and toss until evenly coated.
