Method

Dip Preparation

  1. 1

    Preheat Oven

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

  2. 2

    Cook Spinach

In a large skillet over medium heat, add the fresh spinach and cook until wilted, about 3-4 minutes. Stir occasionally. Remove from heat and let cool slightly. Once cooled, chop the spinach finely.

  3. 3

    Mix Ingredients

In a large mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, minced garlic, grated Asiago cheese, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes. Mix until well combined and smooth.

  4. 4

    Add Spinach

Fold the chopped spinach into the cream cheese mixture until evenly distributed.

  5. 5

    Transfer to Baking Dish

Transfer the spinach dip mixture to a baking dish and spread evenly.

  6. 6

    Bake Dip

Bake in the preheated oven for about 25-30 minutes, or until the dip is hot and bubbly and the top is slightly golden.

Flatbread Preparation

  1. 7

    Prepare Flatbread

While the dip is baking, brush the flatbreads with olive oil and sprinkle with Italian seasoning.

  2. 8

    Toast Flatbread

Place the flatbreads on a baking sheet and toast in the oven for the last 10-12 minutes of the dip's baking time, or until they are crispy and golden.
