Let It Rise
Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover with a cloth, and let it rise in a warm place for about 1 hour or until it doubles in size.

Shape the Flatbread
Once risen, punch down the dough and divide it into 4 equal parts. Roll each part into a circle, about 1/4 inch thick.

Cook the Flatbread
Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook each flatbread for about 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown. Set aside.
Meatball Preparation

Mix Ingredients
In a bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, egg, parsley, salt, and black pepper. Mix well until fully combined.

Form Meatballs
Roll the mixture into small meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter.

Cook Meatballs
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Place meatballs on a baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes or until cooked through.

Add Tomatoes and Seasoning
Add the canned crushed tomatoes, oregano, salt, black pepper, and fresh basil. Stir well and let it simmer for about 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.

On one flatbread, place a layer of sliced mozzarella cheese, followed by a few meatballs, and top with marinara sauce.
