Cooking Instructions

1

Prepare the Steak

Remove the Wagyu beef steak from the refrigerator and let it come to room temperature for about 30 minutes. This allows for even cooking.

2

Season the Steak

Rub the steaks with olive oil, ensuring they are evenly coated. Sprinkle sea salt and black pepper generously on both sides of the steak. Add chopped garlic cloves and rosemary on top of the steaks for extra flavor.

3

Preheat the Grill

Preheat your grill to high heat (around 450°F to 500°F). Make sure the grill grates are clean and oiled to prevent sticking.

4

Grill the Steak

Place the seasoned Wagyu steaks on the grill. Grill for 4-5 minutes on one side for medium-rare, then flip and grill for another 3-4 minutes on the other side. Adjust time based on your preferred doneness.

5

Rest the Steak

Once grilled to your liking, remove the steaks from the grill and let them rest for 5-10 minutes. This allows the juices to redistribute within the meat, ensuring a juicy steak.

6

Serve

Slice the steaks against the grain and serve with your favorite sides. Enjoy the rich flavor of the Wagyu beef!
