Preparation of Chicken

1. Marinating the Chicken

In a large bowl, combine olive oil, minced garlic, lemon juice, chopped rosemary, salt, and black pepper. Mix well and add the chicken breasts. Ensure that the chicken is well-coated with the marinade. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.

2. Grilling the Chicken

Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Remove the chicken from the marinade and discard the marinade. Grill the chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).

3. Preparing Asparagus and Cherry Tomatoes

While the chicken is grilling, wash the asparagus and cherry tomatoes. Trim the ends of the asparagus and place them in a bowl with the cherry tomatoes. Drizzle with balsamic vinegar and a pinch of salt and pepper. Toss to coat.

4. Grilling the Vegetables

In the last 5 minutes of grilling the chicken, add the asparagus and cherry tomatoes to the grill. Cook until the asparagus is tender and the tomatoes are slightly charred.

5. Plating the Dish

Once everything is cooked, remove the chicken and vegetables from the grill. Let the chicken rest for a few minutes before slicing. Serve the grilled chicken alongside the asparagus and cherry tomatoes on a large platter.
