Prepare the shrimp
In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant, being careful not to burn it.

Sauté the shrimp
Add the sweet shrimp to the skillet and season with salt and black pepper. Cook for about 2-3 minutes until the shrimp are pink and opaque.

Deglaze with wine
Pour in the white wine, scraping the bottom of the skillet to deglaze. Allow the wine to cook off for another 2 minutes.

Add pesto
Stir in the pesto sauce, ensuring the shrimp are well-coated. Cook for an additional 1-2 minutes until heated through.

Remove from heat, garnish with chopped parsley, and serve immediately.
