Juice Preparation

Juicing the Oranges
Cut the fresh oranges in half and use a manual juicer or electric juicer to extract the juice. You should have approximately 2 cups of fresh orange juice.

Mixing the Juices
In a large pitcher, combine the freshly squeezed orange juice with 1 cup of cranberry juice and 1 cup of pineapple juice. Stir well using a spoon until the mixture is evenly combined.

Rinse the fresh cranberries under cold water. Add them to the juice mixture and stir gently to incorporate.

Add 1 cup of ice cubes to the pitcher to chill the juice mixture. You can also refrigerate the juice for about 30 minutes before serving.
