Method

Preparation of Wings

  1. 1

    Prep the Wings

Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C). Rinse the chicken wings under cold water and pat dry with paper towels.

  2. 2

    Season the Wings

In a large bowl, combine the chicken wings, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and baking powder. Toss until the wings are evenly coated.

  3. 3

    Bake the Wings

Arrange the seasoned wings on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake in the preheated oven for 40-45 minutes or until crispy and golden brown, flipping halfway through.

  4. 4

    Coat with Hot Honey

Remove the wings from the oven and drizzle the hot honey over them, tossing to coat evenly. Return to the oven for an additional 5-7 minutes.

Preparation of Crudité

  1. 5

    Prepare the Veggies

Wash and cut the carrots, celery, cucumber, and bell pepper into sticks and slices. Arrange on a serving platter.

Preparation of Herbed Aioli

  1. 6

    Make the Aioli

In a mixing bowl, combine the mayonnaise, minced garlic, chopped parsley, chopped dill, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper. Stir until well mixed.
