Method

Preparation

  1. 1

    Preheat the Oven

Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).

  2. 2

    Prepare the Brussels Sprouts

Trim the ends of the Brussels sprouts and remove any yellow or damaged leaves. Cut them in half lengthwise.

  3. 3

    Mix the Glaze

In a small bowl, combine the agave nectar, sriracha sauce, soy sauce, olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Whisk until smooth.

Cooking

  1. 4

    Toss Brussels Sprouts

In a large bowl, add the halved Brussels sprouts and drizzle with the glaze mixture. Toss well to ensure all sprouts are evenly coated.

  2. 5

    Arrange on Baking Sheet

Spread the coated Brussels sprouts in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

  3. 6

    Roast in Oven

Roast in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until they are crispy and golden brown, tossing halfway through to ensure even cooking.

  4. 7

    Serve

Once done, remove from the oven and let them cool for a few minutes. Serve warm as a side dish or appetizer.
