Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Pot

In a large stockpot, bring water to a boil over medium-high heat. Add the Old Bay seasoning and stir well.

  2. 2

    Cook the Vegetables

Add the baby potatoes and corn to the boiling water. Cook for about 10 minutes, or until the potatoes are tender.

  3. 3

    Add the Seafood

Carefully add the shrimp, mussels, clams, and lobster tails to the pot. Add the minced garlic and stir gently. Cover the pot and cook for an additional 5-7 minutes, or until the mussels and clams have opened and the shrimp are pink.

  4. 4

    Finish and Serve

Remove the pot from heat. Discard any unopened clams and mussels. Drizzle the melted butter over the seafood and vegetables. Garnish with fresh parsley and lemon wedges. Serve hot.
