Prepare the Mixture
In a large bowl, gently combine the jumbo lump crab meat, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, Old Bay seasoning, egg, and chopped parsley. Be careful not to break up the crab meat too much.

Add Breadcrumbs
Fold in the breadcrumbs until the mixture holds together. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
- 3
Form the Cakes
Shape the mixture into 6-8 crab cakes. Place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- 4
Chill
Refrigerate the crab cakes for at least 30 minutes to firm up.
- 5
Cook the Crab Cakes
In a large skillet, heat the vegetable oil over medium heat. Cook the crab cakes for about 4-5 minutes on each side or until golden brown and crispy.
- 6
Serve
Remove from the skillet and drain on paper towels. Serve warm with your favorite dipping sauce.
