Peanut Butter Bomb Directions
- 1
Prepare the Chocolate Dome
Melt the dark chocolate in a heatproof bowl over simmering water. Once melted, coat the inside of a silicone dome mold with the chocolate, ensuring it's thick enough to hold its shape. Place in the refrigerator to set for about 30 minutes.
- 2
Make the Peanut Butter Mousse
In a small bowl, sprinkle the gelatin over the water and let it bloom for 5 minutes. In a saucepan, heat the heavy cream until it just begins to simmer. Remove from heat, add the bloomed gelatin, and stir until dissolved. In a large bowl, mix the peanut butter and powdered sugar until smooth. Gradually add the cream mixture to the peanut butter, folding gently until well combined. Chill in the refrigerator for 20 minutes.
- 3
Fill the Chocolate Dome
Once the mousse has thickened slightly, remove the chocolate dome from the mold and fill it with the peanut butter mousse. Top with roasted peanuts and return to the fridge to set for 1 hour.
