Season the Swordfish
Rub swordfish fillets with olive oil, Cajun seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.

Cook the Swordfish
Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the seasoned swordfish and cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until cooked through and blackened. Remove from heat and let rest.

Prepare the Fresno Crema
In a small bowl, mix sour cream with diced Fresno chilies to taste. Adjust seasoning if necessary.

Assemble the Tacos
Warm the flour tortillas in a skillet or microwave. Flake the cooked swordfish and place it on the tortillas. Top with black bean and corn salsa, and drizzle with Fresno crema.

Serve the tacos immediately, garnished with extra cilantro if desired.
