    Cook the Pasta

    Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the elbow pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

    Prepare the Sauce

    In a medium saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the cheese sauce or marinara sauce of your choice and heat until warmed through. Stir frequently.

    Combine

    Add the cooked pasta to the sauce and toss to coat evenly. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.

    Serve

    Plate the pasta and sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese before serving.
