Method

Preparation Steps

  1. 1

    Prepare the Chicken

Season the chicken breasts with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika. Dredge each chicken breast in flour, dip in beaten eggs, and then coat with breadcrumbs.

  2. 2

    Fry the Chicken

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Fry the chicken breasts until golden brown and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes per side. Remove from the skillet and drain on paper towels.

  3. 3

    Assemble the Sandwich

Toast the brioche bread slices until golden. Place a fried chicken breast on the bottom slice of bread, top with provolone and Parmesan cheese, then cover with the other slice of bread.

  4. 4

    Serve

Cut the sandwich in half and serve with warm marinara sauce for dipping, alongside beer battered French fries.
