Spinach Artichoke Dip Recipe

Prepare the Spinach
In a large skillet over medium heat, add the fresh spinach and cook until wilted, about 2-3 minutes. Remove from heat and let cool slightly. Chop the spinach finely.

Mix the Ingredients
In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, and grated Parmesan cheese. Mix until smooth and creamy.

Add the Remaining Ingredients
Fold in the chopped spinach, drained artichoke hearts, shredded mozzarella, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper into the cream cheese mixture. Mix well to combine.

Bake the Dip
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Transfer the dip mixture into a baking dish and spread evenly. Top with additional shredded mozzarella cheese if desired.

Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the dip is bubbly and the top is golden brown.

Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes. Serve warm with tri-color tortilla chips.
