In a blender, combine milk, chocolate syrup, and chocolate ice cream. Blend until smooth and creamy.

In a blender, combine milk, vanilla extract, and vanilla ice cream. Blend until smooth and creamy.

Pour the milkshake into a tall glass. Top with whipped cream and chocolate sprinkles if desired.
