Preparation Steps

  1. 1

    Prepare the Eggs

Place eggs in a pot and cover with cold water. Bring to a boil, then cover and remove from heat. Let sit for 12 minutes.

  2. 2

Once eggs are done, transfer them to an ice bath to cool. Peel the eggs and slice them in half lengthwise. Remove yolks and place in a mixing bowl.

  3. 3

    Mix Ingredients

Add mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, hadouken sauce, salt, and pepper to the yolks. Mash until smooth and creamy.

  4. 4

    Fill the Egg Whites

Spoon or pipe the yolk mixture back into the egg whites generously.

  5. 5

    Prepare Fried Short Rib

Cook short ribs until crispy. Chop into small pieces for topping.

  6. 6

    Glaze and Garnish

Drizzle honey and additional hadouken sauce over the filled eggs. Top with fried short rib pieces and sprinkle with chives.
